Proposed Change: Reduce number of Rookie Draft rounds from 10 to 5
Explanation: Personally I feel a pain to look for hidden gems after Round #5 and have never found one! :-) Apart from jokes, the number of players selected after Round #5 that have an impact or actually play a snap is very low (even if I did not make any objective calculation)
10 rounds x 24 rookies/round = 240 rookies drafted in the KRFL. In an average NFL draft you have 255 rookies drafted or so... it means we draft 'em all but a few!
Looking at current rosters, the average number of 2013 Rookies on team last season (players drafted in 2012 who first played in KRFL in 2013) was 6.1 players. The range was 3-12 players, but only five teams have more than 7 players.
