In setting up the league file, I noticed we have not used the NFL Replay rules of a Booth Review of ALL scoring plays and turnovers. These Booth Reviews were implemented in the NFL, I beleive, for or prior to the 2014 NFL season. I went back through each KRFL season 2012-2016 (2011-2015 NFL Seasons) and KRFL has never used this Booth Review rule. I am not sure why. Does anyone know?

The KRFL Rulebook states:
10.2 – Game Rules are set to accord with all contemporary NFL rules including two point conversions, overtime, etc.

Therefore I feel we SHOULD be using the Booth Review of all scoring plays and turnovers and I will turn it "On" for our 2017 season unless there is a compelling reason not to which is overwhelmingly supported by our members.
