All votes are in, and the results are:
Proposal One: Play Clock To Be Used During Games and set to 45 seconds. PASSED by a vote of 18-6
Proposal Two: Increase Roster Size from 52 to 55 & increase Salary Cap by $1.0 million. PASSED by a vote of 17-7
I will get the league rule book updated and posted to the league website tonight.
