The results of the voting on the proposed rule changes was as follows. Proposal require a 2/3's majority approval to pass.
Proposal to use "NBA style" draft lottery for the first four picks in round #1 only.
PASSED by a vote of 17 for and 7 against (71%)
This change will go into effect for the 2025 season.
Proposal to end trading with the start of the regular season.
FAILED by a vote 8 for and 16 against (33%)
Proposal for specific salaries for each draft position in the Free Agent Draft.
FAILED by a vote of 8 for and 16 against (33%)
An updated league rule book can be found at the "League Rules" link in the "League Info" box in the upper left hand corner of the league home page.

With the draft lottery complete, Moline needs to decide if it wants the first pick in the 2024 Rookie Draft or the 2024 Free Agent Draft.
